Every bag manufactured by Grande Sacco Industries passes through a rigorous quality control process before it reaches our shipping floor.
Our Quality Checks Include:
- Raw material verification — GSM, denier, and tensile strength of PP tapes
- In-process quality inspection at every production stage
- Safe Working Load (SWL) testing — 5:1 safety factor verified/6:1 safety factor verified
- UV stabilisation testing — minimum 800 hours
- Stitching strength and seam integrity verification
- Pre-shipment inspection before every export container is loaded
We maintain detailed quality records for every production batch — available to buyers on request. Our goal is simple: zero quality complaints, zero surprises, zero compromises.
